Album Release May 15,2012 with a Canadian Summer Tour to follow
Australian guitarist/singer/songwriter Kim Churchill is set to release his second album DETAIL OF DISTANCE May 15th via Indica Records, Kicking off his album campaign will be a major summer tour starting June 6 in Vancouver with shows as far east as Iles de la Madelines in the maritimes.
The last couple of months have been nothing short of epic for the Aussie folk-rocker Kim Churchill. The young singer-songwriter has been on the road non-stop since mid-June, touring across Canada and the US, playing some of the biggest music festivals and turning heads everywhere he goes!

The Australian folk singer-songwriter spending the entire summer touring from coast to coast
Wednesday June 1st 2011 - We couldn’t be happier to announce that young Australian singer-songwriter Kim Churchill will be returning to Canada this summer, to spend a couple of months touring the country from coast to coast. The tour, which starts in mid-June on the west coast, will take him from festival to festival all the way out east and back west again, zigzagging across Canada until October. Fans will be able to catch him at the Montreal International Jazz Festival, Festival d’Été de Québec, Hillside Festival, Mont-Tremblant Blues Fest, Blue Skies Music Festival, Squamish Music Festival and Ottawa Folk Festival just to name a few. He will also be doing a series of headlining shows across BC, Ontario and Quebec.
